Return Policy

If you wish to return current, first quality, unaltered, stock products we will gladly issue a return authorization with no hassle, 10% restocking fee, and no freight charges. First you will be need to e-mail us via the contact us page. Include your PO Number and/or order confirmation number, name and ship to mailing address. . Products with permanent Customization features are non-returnable, unless there is a product quality defect or order processing error by Midwest Linen. In the event of a defect or order processing error you may receive a refund or replacement (your choice). Just e-mail us via the contact us page to facilitate a return within 30 days of receipt of the original order.


Payment Information

Credit card charges will not be processed until an item is shipped. While we do not physically charge/settle when the order is placed, we do reserve funds (secure an authorization).

Shipment Tracking

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship by ground transit which typically takes 6-8 days. Please provide a street address since we can not deliver to a post office box. Expedited shipping methods are also available for an additional cost. You may select an expedited method as you check out by choosing from the drop down menu. You will be billed only for items that have been shipped.
